  • – Our service prices are clearly displayed at our facility and on our website.
  • – Membership plans may be subject to applicable taxes, which will be automatically charged along with your recurring monthly payment.
  • – We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • – Customers are responsible for removing valuable items, personal belongings, and sensitive documents from their vehicles before using our services.
  • – We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in vehicles.


4. Vehicle Condition & Liability

  • – We take great care while servicing your vehicle; however, we cannot guarantee the condition or safety of your vehicle during or after the wash.
  • – Citrus Valley Car Wash is not responsible for:
    • – Pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical issues.
    • – Loose parts, fragile accessories, or aftermarket modifications that may be affected by the wash process.
  • – Customers should secure or remove any loose items before their wash.


5. Limitation of Liability

  • – Citrus Valley Car Wash shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • – This includes, but is not limited to:
    • – Damage to the vehicle.
    • – Loss of personal property.
    • – Any other unforeseen issues arising from service usage.


6. Refunds & Complaints

  • – Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.
  • – Refunds or compensation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Citrus Valley Car Wash.


7. Termination of Service

  • – We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate, abusive, or threatening behavior toward staff or other customers.
  • – We may also suspend or terminate services at our discretion.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • – We take your privacy seriously and collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services and maintain customer records.
  • – Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
